Valentine's Day Challenge

In the mid 1970s, NASA decided to attempt piggybacking a space shuttle on the back of an airplane.  They hoped that this could help save money by avoiding the loss of valuable spaceship components.  The final flight test of the Space Shuttle Enterprise was done on October 26, 1977.
